3. the room was very charming, and yes, like some of the negative reviews, might be considered small but when you realize what kind of Historical Landmark this building is, you can see and feel the immediate charm this hotel bestows.

5. But really? We always like to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner and drinking it out of plastic cups felt as if we were staying at a Motel 6.

9. They finally reimbursed us, and we got a quick apology for the length of time it took, but we both left with the impression that reception staff do not like discounts and special deals and had not been told enough about the Groupon).
