3. The infused water in the hotel lobby was wonderful -- the hotel room was like this:mold in the caulking of the tub, and the body pillow smelled of body oils.

8. They did not just wait for you to ask, they came to you and asked "May I help you?" And the rooms were every bit wonderful, including awesome linens compared to most hotels.
