1. I live just outside Indianapolis, and I was NOT happy when this was the hotel given to me.

5. The girl at the front desk was nice and gave us an upgrade because either our room wasn't ready or we insisted on a non-smoking room, either way we were happy.

6. The doorman / valet was extremely helpful and friendly on check-in and even ran up to the front door and opened it for my wife and he seemed genuinely happy to provide good service for the hotel patrons.
