1. The front desk attendant was pleasant and gave me another room; actually got an upgrade which was a little better but not great.

3. If you are in need of a hotel close to the hospitla, this is the place, but not sure I would otherwise visit here, would rather be downtown with its amenities, and hotels seem better/cheaper there.

4. There were a few areas that needed refreshed- the carpet and wallpaper in the hallways of some floors had seen better days; there was some rust around the drain in the shower; minor chips in the vanity, but I find that to be just normal wear and tear in a busy hotel.

6. So what's not to like? Well, if your business involves IUPUI (the university where this hotel is located), it couldn't be in a better location.

7. Front desk employees were helpful and the room was better than expected, with VERY comfortable beds and free internet.
