2. If you are in need of a hotel close to the hospitla, this is the place, but not sure I would otherwise visit here, would rather be downtown with its amenities, and hotels seem better/cheaper there.

3. The proximity of the hotel from the mini start makes it a decent choices for the race if you happen to get it on Hotwire, but otherwise I'd definitely stay in a hotel that actually is downtown for a similar or cheaper price (like the Holiday Inn Express, or even the Sheraton).

5. The only other downer for University Place is the $14/day parking, cheaper than the true downtown hotels, but still too much for where it is.

6. This hotel, I know is in a medical area, but, for their overnite guests, parking should be cheaper, being as its so far from center of downtown indy.
