1. Room is so dirty you can't leave your socks, wires hanging from the ceiling, pigeon pooing on window (window never cleaned), staff obnoxious (really unpolite), breakfast included but so disgusting you don't want to it, wifi free but inaccessible because too weak.

2. They give free basic breakfast (juice, coffee, tea, pastries, cereal) and plenty of backpackers stay here.

3. I don't care if the elevator doesn't work, there are only 3 short floors, and if there's no breakfast room, because you can use the benches outside or the sofas in the hall and the the food and coffe was nice - you can have coffee, hot and cold water for free every moment of the day and of the night, they are always on the buffet.

4. My biggest complaint is the fact that the 'free internet access' didn't exactly work at all for me during my two night stay.

9. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, good (quiet) AC, decent-sized room (for a city hotel, meaning not cramped at all), free wifi that worked.
