To me, it's one thing if your hotel has limited parking--it's a city, I understand--but to not advertise yourself as such and then to treat a customer with such disregard and UNTRUTH after the fact to try to save face is simply not acceptable--how can you trust any of their services then? Apparently the hotel is about to undergo a significant reservation--which is good because the only elevator has apparently been out of service for SEVERAL weeks (one of my colleagues needing a knee replacement had to WALK up three flights of stairs.
