4. The good bit? There is a good bit - the beds are comfortable, sheets and towels were good and clean - the cleaner makes a good job of it considering what she's up against, the breakfast isn't so bad, there is coffee whenever you want it in the lobby, the staff are nice, the hotel is probably one of the cheapest you'll find in DC.
