1. Please don't go to this hotel and expect any better than the reviews already on this site, we are not fussy people this hotel is not worth even half the cheapest rate that you could possibly find.

2. We absolutely would have moved hotels if we could have afforded better at the time, we literally stayed there to sleep and that was long enough.

5. To be fair, rates are cheap for Washington DC and you'd be hard pressed to find a better location .

6. (you do have to take the stairs up)Wifi: FREE and worked perfectly for me the entire time (worked better than the wifi at the Marriott conference hotel).

10. We got transfered to another room, a little bit better, at least we had some more space and it wasn't that moldy, but still rotten furniture and windows.
