3. The little TV in the room was disappointing, beds were comfortable, nice springtime breeze with easy to open windows, pretty clean, gift shop downstairs was cool and it was close to Lincoln's Waffle House which we enjoyed going to.

5. The hotel was about a 3 block walk, and since the weather was nice most of the time, I was able to walk there each day.

7. The shower is nice and powerful although not always controllable and would suddenly give you a hot or cold blast, as with the other fixtures it was worn, and full of limescale, but it worked.

8. Yes, it was a bit worn-looking, but scrupulously clean, with a working TV with all the channels, nice bed-side lights, big windows looking out on to the street, and an immaculate bathroom.

9. There was no coffee facilities in the room but who wants coffee in their room? Really? I would rather go out in Washington and have a coffee in a nice cafe.

10. The room and bathroom were clean and there were little, wrapped soaps in the bathroom which i thought was a nice touch.
