1. However, for the usefulness of having two rooms (and two bathrooms) for a very good price, it was a decent choice for our family.

3. The rooms are basic but clean and tidy, and yes the whole place is a little care-worn, but the stand-out features were the friendliness of the hotel staff, the fact you can get decent food at good prices without leaving the hotel (REALLY miss those breakfasts), and of course the location.
