5. I was pleased with the hotel's pool and fitness area; it was nice to lift weights near the pool and actually have other equipment to use than just treadmills.

7. With one week before check-in they sent a reminder with a short notice 'please note our pool is closed for refurbishing from November till January 10th' even previously they don't write any word about this issue thus I supposed they don't have Customer Relationship Management policies.

9. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and the hotel - I think what keeps me from rating it higher is that it is a very average looking property there is no wow factor.
