1. When you are in one lobby, it looks just like the other, which is very confusing, so sometimes you are not sure which end of the hotel you are at.

The front desk is very helpful they answer all your questions and are very friendly, the bellmans/valet people are so helpful , especially the younger two the older two or three were just not talkative and helpful like them, but they all did guide us and give out alot of good tips and information about there hotel and D.
