1. Internet was free in the room, n you can print for free in the small computer room near the lobby.

2. There is a Starbucks a block and a half east of the hotel that has free wifi for customers, and that became my lifeline during the hours they were open (and, as I was sure would be the case, my laptop had no problems whatever with their Internet; no, it wasn't my laptop's fault).

4. I've stayed at this hotel before, and would have given it a top rating in the past, but I just can't now, for one reasion: The advertised free, wired Internet in each room just doesn't work (and there is no in-room wireless available), and I am not certain the hotel was being completely up front with me about whether it even could work.

7. I think in 2011 in the nations capital at a hotel that is frequently over 200 dollars a night - you should have access (free or paid) to wi-fi.

9. There is a computer room on the main floor with 2 free internet connected computers for use to surf the net, print out flight boarding passes, or check email.

10. I wish we could've spent longer in Washington DC as it is an incredible city with lots to see and do (11 FREE museums/attractions.
