2. I like the fact that there is a water dispenser for guests to help themselves with water but there is no fridge in the room and the access to the ice dispenser is pretty inconvenient (at the basement, near the gym and served by only 1 lift).

5. It's a clean, comfortable, basic room with some interesting hotel amenities like automated check in/out, free bottled water, internet access, in room refrig, etc.

6. Little things count, like free chilled bottled water on every floor (best thing in the middle of the DC Summer), friendly and efficient staff, and adjoining restaurant for quality dine-in food.

7. The rooms are very small -- much like hotel rooms in New York -- and I don't think 2 people could stay here very comfortably.

10. I like the free cold purified water, and free wifi, bedding is nice, desk area is nice, but lack of safe and lack of fridge are just too important to me.
