1. As far as the actual hotel facilities go: the rooms are small (except, apparently, for the suite our friends got); the location is convenient to tourist attractions, but the area is totally dead at night and on weekends.

2. Hotel was great except on the last night of our stay they did not clean the room, even after I requested it when they did not show.
