1. The rooms are even smaller than typical urban hotel rooms, but the location is literally on top of the Farragut West metro stop, where the blue line stops (blue line runs directly from Reagan airport), so it's extremely convenient.

7. As far as the actual hotel facilities go: the rooms are small (except, apparently, for the suite our friends got); the location is convenient to tourist attractions, but the area is totally dead at night and on weekends.
