1. The rooms are beautiful, staff is very helpful and friendly, and love the indulgence of complimentary wine and cheese every afternoon.

4. Our rooms were not quite ready as we were early, but that was no problem as we waited in the lounge which was lovely with great coffee/tea facilities and free wifi.
