1. What wasn't to like? Location wise, it was a lovely quiet and elegant neighborhood and about an 8-10 minute walk to the DuPont Circle metro stop.

2. It's very cute, staff are very helpful and they have lots of little touches that are pleasant, like 6-7 free wine etc time, sweet intimate 'lobby spaces' (more like a B&B), water and chocolate coins to take with as you leave, & espressso machine in the room.

4. There is a Metro stop about 4 blocks away, so if you don't feel like walking, then take the Metro.

8. The elegant sink is all of two inches deep which means you can't wash your socks and underwear, as all travelers like to do.
