1. The hotel offers free wireless and it was more or less reliable while we were there, but on the slow side during peak hours.

2. Our rooms were not quite ready as we were early, but that was no problem as we waited in the lounge which was lovely with great coffee/tea facilities and free wifi.

3. It's very cute, staff are very helpful and they have lots of little touches that are pleasant, like 6-7 free wine etc time, sweet intimate 'lobby spaces' (more like a B&B), water and chocolate coins to take with as you leave, & espressso machine in the room.
