1. The attention to detail was just what a true boutique hotel would offer: great soaps, thick towels, terry cloth robes, and a cappuccino / espresso maker in the room.

4. Not much of a problem for me since I was traveling solo & the size of my closet was generous enough that I could easily 'live out of my suitcase', but this lapse seems odd given the overall attention to the room furnishings.
