3. The new room they give us has a view of the court yard and of other rooms as well as having an awkward layout and it is very obvious that it is not as nice as the first room.

9. On the negative side, when we arrived and checked in, the room they gave us, although very nice, was much smaller than we anticipated and it also only had one lounge chair (no sofa).
