7. Upon checking-in, the very polite and professional staff set me up with some great drink coupons for the hotel bar, which is very good, and a few other benefits to help build back my overall morale.

8. I got my keys, I hauled my suitcase up the several stairs from the lobby to the hotel elevators (no offer of help; a ramp would be a useful addition for those with luggage), and I went to my room.

9. The Helix sent me an itinerary of things to do in my stay (live like a local) which was cool, and even emailed me during my stay to see if they could help in any way (I don't like to complain, I just like things to be right).

10. When I pulled my car in, I was struggling with all of my stuff and no one offered to help me (there was no one out front so it's possible they just didn't see me).
