1. I believe at that point there were other people backed up in line behind me, so it was a bit of a mystery why he wasn't using better judgment and picking up the pace? (Oddly, the person who checked me out the next morning was similarly plodding/deliberate although I clearly was trying to move along so I could make a meeting on time.

2. Overall, again I can't say enough about the perks around Kimpton, and there is nothing better then someone handing you a glass of free sparkling wine after a hard day of work, but this particular Kimpton could use a few tweaks to make it better.
