1. Spotless, incredibly clean bathroom, amazingly luxurious bed linens and robes, and well stocked with (free) bottled water.

8. This was my first time at the hotel, and the last, upon check-in I waited in the valet for close to 5 minutes for someone to approach my car while staring at the rather useless one bladed 'trendy' fans trying to figure out why these were considered luxurious.
