1. The concierge, front desk and all employees learn your name within moments of your check in, and it feels more like you are staying at a friend's home than a large hotel chain.

4. We were on a short trip so we did not have much luggage, but if we did, most of it would have been on display in the room, which is something we do not like.

6. I would've like a small coffee maker in the room (there was coffee available in the lobby and juice or milk and cookies in the afternoon) , and also find it baffling that a hotel of this caliber would only offer complimentary internet access in the lobby, but in the guest rooms.
