1. Spotless, incredibly clean bathroom, amazingly luxurious bed linens and robes, and well stocked with (free) bottled water.

7. For most people this gym would be overkill and the gyms and pools at most Ritz hotels are good enough and free, so I wish the hotel did not have this charge.

8. The gym is 2 levels and has huge running machine and free weight areas as well as basketball courts, etc.

9. They prided themselves on offering free coffee, cider and cookies, but these food items never seemed to be available when I was coming or going, and I would have much more appreciated having breakfast included in the price of the room.
