1. This hotel has a few positives:- Immediate proximity to the Washington Convention Center (but not that close to main tourist attractions though, with the exception of Chinatown which is located a couple of blocks away).

7. It is a beautiful facility, convenient location, and they offered the best combination of value, fair cancellation policies, convenience, and positive reviews of the hotels I considered.
