1. This hotel has a few positives:- Immediate proximity to the Washington Convention Center (but not that close to main tourist attractions though, with the exception of Chinatown which is located a couple of blocks away).

5. This hotel is in a great location, convenient to several metro stops and walking distance to the mall or just about anywhere else you'd want to go except for Georgetown.

6. At 11;30 PM we were finally told, they were in fact out of roll-away beds and there were no other rooms available except a suite that had two beds.

7. The room had a 40 inch flat screen on swivel base that was nice except for the bad reception on channels that weren't H.

8. It was also pretty quiet, except that my 4th floor room had a flag mounted just outside it, and when the wind blew the metal wires on the flag were loud.

9. The rooms are not warrant of the usual Renaissance standard: nice deco, but nothing exceptional other than the large HDTV and the free chocolate at night.

10. This would not be a problem except that we were traveling with young children who often need help in the bath etc.
