3. Flat screens in both the living room and bedroom, great water pressure in the shower, marble floors and counters in the bathroom and huge windows overlooking Penn Avenue.

4. Our room was huge - the AC worked great and the staff was awesome (we forgot toothpaste and called down to see if there was a gift shop, which there wasn't, but instead they brought us up a complimentary tube in about 5 minutes).

5. The rooms as I say are a bit long in the tooth but for Washington they are huge and have amongst the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in (I even sneeked a peak under the covers to find the name of the makers).
