1. Were this the only issue, I would not be writing a negative review, as the conference rate was well below even the advance purchase rate, so assigning me one of the worst rooms was understandable.

2. They have the worst customer service around and I am so glad I chose to stay at the Marriott Metro Center they were wonderful, the location was great, much cheaper for a top notched hotel.
