The TV was too small in the room, TV stand was broken so TV was crooked on one side; need to update and upgrade furniture for what they charge per night; front desk person didn't give me the option of whether or not to have feather down pillows so I sneezed for 3 nights straight not knowing what the reason was until the 4th day; the toilet wasn't thoroughly cleaned; headboard of my bed was dusty; business center is too expensive - should have free internet access the hotel across the street and room service prices were off the charts.
