1. The english muffin was so hard one could not cut it, the ham was sliced wafer thin, the poached eggs were dry and the holandaise sauce probably ammounted to a half of a tea spoon.

7. The staff made several reservations for us, got us tickets to the Printing and Engraving Museum (hard to get), as well as provided a free limo to the White House (due to time constraints).
