Hotel is relatively well located, walkable to downtown (we did it in about 10 minutes) and even If the area is not really pretty (you have to walk under 81), it's quiet and not that
shabby
, just not anything special.
"Consistent with Marriott quality, a very good property "

From the outside, the hotel looks a little
shabby
and my wife and I were a little wary when we pulled into the parking structure because it needed some work.
