1. I understand the hotel was booked to capacity but that is no excuse for bad service.

3. I thought I already wrote a bad review but this stay was so bad I had to write again to try to keep others from making the same mistake we made.

4. I will admit that when we complained we did get a credit for the room fees and the restaurant fees but that doesn't make up for the stress and bad feelings that are left for this hotel spoiling a once in a life time event.

9. Desk staff seem relatively unable to problem solve, the hallways noise is bad and the elevators are incredibly slow.
