3. Over all the room was clean and we weren't disturbed but the front desk and the vaule of there customers are in rating very poor.

6. The beds felt like plywood, the rooms, sheets, and towels were dirty, the hotel was extremely noisy (poor windows/insulation), and when I asked to be switched rooms because the toilet was leaking all over the floor and the shower did not drain, I was given attitude.
