2. Bathrooms were out of date, chipping and peeling from the walls and ceilings, beds were in need of replacing.

3. The hotel looks very old and dated and you can tell it was one of the premiere hotels in town back in the 1970's.

4. Lobby, bar, and restaurant very close to modern 4 star; everything upstairs, rooms, perhaps a stretch to say 2 star; dated.
