1. The elevator was broken so you get to your rooms by taking the service elevator, sometimes you get to share it with the trash and dirty dishes.

5. You get what you pay for, but it would have been nice to know that, 1) We heard partying and yelling from the street, and possibly from the lounge downstairs, until about 2:30 in the morning; 2) They say that the parking lot is full, but one customer walked down there and found that there were plenty of spaces - you then had to pay $5 - $10 to park elsewhere; 3) The elevator was broken, which was not something a 7 month pregnant woman with a broken foot wanted to hear considering our room was on the 6th floor; 4) Our neighbors came home about 1:00 am and spent about an hour outside our door rehashing the evening, knocking on our door, yelling, singing.
