1. 40 minutes for valet (when you are told to call ten minutes ahead of time), and a consistently empty front desk - due to the poor guy running a block away to retrieve your car - is just really unfortunate.

2. We waited almost 40 minutes to receive our car, because the poor gentleman running the place was the apparent Jack of all Trades, and thus it took a LONG time for us to get checked out and our vehicle retrieved.
