1. There are two bars right below the hotel and they are very noisy, especially with people shouting at each other on the sidewalk well past 2 am.

4. Prior to this, we saw an officer with a loudspeaker driving down the street telling prostitutes to move along, as well as endless noisy crowds screaming, yelling, laughing and generally being drunk well into the wee hours of the morning.
