2. We stayed only one night, after a Moody Blues concert at the Arlington Theater (easy walking distance) and the noise wasn't an issue because everyone there had been to the concert and we were all up late having a good time.

3. The bathroom was not so great, shower curtain had mold/rod had rust - so easy to fix and replace it seemed silly to have this issue.
