1. Cons: VERY expensive for a motel, rooms are not soundproof which means you hear everything that goes on outside.

9. * great managers: helpful, enthusiastic, full of useful information* great bed, work table, shower, iPod dock, tv* loved the sundeck with music, and the free bikes* loved the binder full of up-to-date local information (restaurants, bars)* the managers made our stay seem FUN* lots of interesting non-US folks staying there* nice safe walk down into the town, and back again, even late at night*** good value for money in a very expensive town.
