1. The only downside for us that I hadn't read about on Trip Advisor was the noise of the traffic on State Street as well as corridor outside and next door neighbors.

2. The only minor downside: The choice of complimentary breakfast on offer was not very varied, it would have been great to get something savoury like plain toast and butter as well- I am not a fan of muffins in the morning.
