ly the cafeteria kitche doesn't have a good air circulation so all the smell goes into upper floors where the rooms are.

And to top it off, the staff were not aware of their own hotel policies and all the manager can say is 'we've just recently changed the policy so

ly the pool was out at the front of the hotel, close to the freeway, only accessible by coming out the front doors into the bleak courtyard and in shade all morning.
