1. The hotel is near a freeway but noise wasn't a problem.

7. We seemed to have a problem with getting our room cleaned, they wouldn't do it until we complained and then they said well you didn't ask us to clean it?????????.

8. We received exceptional help with a reservation problem (one night of our stay had been booked at another hotel due to unavailability) and the staff was able to accommodate basically three reservations so that we could stay uninterruped at this hotel in the same room.
