1. The room was small and had a bit of a smell but the service from the fron desk staff including Keith and Vanessa were really responsive to our request for a room change and helped make our stay much better.

6. Coarse towels that smelled of mold, a couch that looked reclaimed from a back alley in Compton, no bottled water or any kind of amenity in the room save for the small shampoo/lotion bottles and soap in the bathroom.

10. The first room on the 4th floor smell like cigarettes and wet spots were on the comforter which I would assume was water but I can't denied or confirm that.
