1. BUT: The rooms are comparable to a Motel 6, the carpets in the hallway are dirty/stained.

I stayed in hotel last weekend,and service on the front desk was ok,location of hotel very good,no pool,carpet in the room sucked,very dirty and not good enough,loud steps in front who ever goes threw made me feel that i am staying in cheap motel which would actually cost me much less,overall not very happy with this hotel,i was expecting little bit more.
