1. So we were charged the same price for an outdated, smelly room with a view of a parking garage as our friends who had a non smoking room, updated with a view of the bay.

2. The air did not work, it was a fan type musty smelly air that came out of the air contioner vent on the wall, no matter how low you tried to lower it, the air stayed at an awful sticky smelly 75.
