1. Lobby and halls are a tad outdated but the rooms are large, clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet.

2. So we were charged the same price for an outdated, smelly room with a view of a parking garage as our friends who had a non smoking room, updated with a view of the bay.

3. The decor is somewhat outdated as the building appears to be from the early 80s, and the rooms tend to be somewhat shaded and dark as there is a neighboring bank building attached and blocking sunlight.
