1. The initial van issue and the thermostat problem keeps me from giving this hotel 5 stars.

4. When we still couldn't silence the alarm, one front desk staff took the trouble of calling the rental car company for us (since we don't have a phone), and after a couple more attempts, the problem was resolved.

5. Only problem was I didn't stay long enough in SD as it is a wonderful City with amazing, clean, pretty and so much history and sight seeing to be done.
